modern Slavery

Cambridge Perfusion LLP is committed to acting ethically and professionally in everything we do, including preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.

We're below the £36 million turnover threshold that would legally require us to publish this statement, but we do so voluntarily — because our NHS and public-sector customers expect it, and because it's the right thing to do.

What we do:

  • We're accredited to ISO 9001:2015, giving us a framework for legal compliance, risk review and continual improvement.
  • Our major equipment suppliers are themselves required to publish modern slavery statements, and we keep records of these.
  • We include modern slavery awareness in staff induction and training.
  • We maintain a risk register for higher-risk suppliers and review it regularly.
  • Any concerns can be raised directly with one of our Designated Members.

We review this statement every year and update our approach as our business and supply chains change.

Approved by Cambridge Perfusion LLP, 6 July 2026.
